The Ginger Lovers Cake

There are plenty of Ginger Cakes out there

for the faint-hearted.

 

This is not one of them.

Our Ginger-Lover’s Cake is unique.
 

We use five styles of Ginger in the mix; from the fresh, raw ginger to the sweet and spicy preserved product.
 

We use Macadamia Oil instead of animal fats, resulting in a cake that has less than 6 grams of Saturated Fat in total.
 

We throw in a few Australian Vine Fruits soaked in Rum and some chopped Macadamia Nuts.
 

Then we finish the cake with Ginger Syrup and thin slices of premium Glace Ginger.

​Our Ginger Cakes last for months unopened.  Once open, keep in an airtight container
